Rubber Application

The rubber can be divided into natural rubber and synthetic rubber. 

Natural rubber is mainly derived from the hevea, when the skin of which is cut open, it will flow out milky juice, called latex, which is agglomerated, washed, shaping, drying to obtain the natural rubber. 

Synthetic rubber is made through the synthetic method, using different raw materials (monomer) to be able to create different kinds of rubber. Synthetic rubber sometimes is also called general rubber, which refers to the used rubber varieties replacing part or the whole of natural rubber, such as Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), CIS polybutadiene rubber (BR), isoprene rubber (IR), nitrile rubber (NBR), hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR), ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), silicone rubber, polyurethane rubber (AUEU), acrylic rubber (ACMAEM), chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber (CSM), epichlorohydrin rubber (COECO), chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM or CPE).etc..being mainly used in the manufacture of tires and general industrial rubber products. General rubber demand is big, is the main varieties of synthetic rubber. In industry, we can often see Fda Rubber Sheet, Hypalon Rubber Sheet, Cr Rubber Sheet, Sbr Rubber Sheet, Nbr Rubber Sheet, Epdm Rubber Sheet and Fabric Impression Rubber Sheet.

Fda Rubber Sheet is made from FDA-approved ingredients. It has the smooth finish, good resiliency to abrasion and repels oily and greasy food products.  

Hypalon Rubber Sheet is characterized by a broad range of chemical, mechanical and environmental properties in a similar way to neoprene but has the advantage of better resistance to ultra-violet light making it suitable for a range of applications.

Cr Rubber Sheet is a homopolymer of chloroprene or chlorobutadiene. It has excellent mechanical and abrasion properties. It displays good resistance to heat, ozone and weathering and also gives good adhesion to metal. It has good resistance to inorganic hydrocarbons.

Sbr Rubber Sheet, known as Styrene-butadiene rubber, is a polymer used in the manufacture of expanded rubber. It is very economical and possesses no unique chemical resistance properties.  SBR rubber can be compounded to provide very fine abrasion, wear, and tensile qualities. SBR can be readily substituted for natural rubber in many applications with significant cost savings. Resilience is about the same as natural rubber.  SBR rubber is a staple in the HVAC and construction industry as it is versatile, flexible and tough enough to stand up.  SBR rubber is a good choice when deciding to choose a material that has great mechanical properties and flexibility. 

Nbr Rubber Sheet is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. In addition to its excellent elastomeric properties, it is resistant to oil, caustics, and aliphatic hydrocarbons.  

EPDM sheet is sometimes referred to as EP sheet. EPDM material is characterized by a stable saturated polymer backbone which gives the material excellent heat resistance, oxidization, ozone and weather ageing characteristics. It can be used for general and specialist purposes including EPDM acoustic sheet and EPDM thermal protection sheet.

Fabric Impression Rubber Sheet is suitable for being used in the static environment, and can prevent static well.
